SinePall is a TR Platform for Unlimited Entertainment, a free and subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to discover and stream Channels, TV Series and Movies ad-free on an internet-connected device.

Follow these easy steps to start watching SinePall today:
1) Visit SinePall/Register .
2) Choose the plan that's right for you.
3) Create an account by entering your email address and creating a password.
4) Enter a payment method. As a SinePall member, you will be charged once a month at the time you sign up.

View Your Plan and Monthly Cost
Sign in and select Billing details to see your SinePall plan and billing history.
You can compare plans and prices and change your plan at any time.
Learn Your Invoice Date
As a member, you are automatically charged once a month on the date you sign up. Your SinePall subscription will be charged at the beginning of your billing cycle and may take a few days to appear in your account.
If your billing date is scheduled for a day that is not every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

Solve Payment Problems
If there's an issue with your payment method, here are some of the most common issues along with suggestions for resolving the issue.
Payment method rejected
If the bank or financial institution rejected the charge:
Check the accuracy of your payment information, such as postal code, security code and expiration date.
If everything is correct, you can try your payment again.
If you're still having trouble, make sure your payment method supports e-commerce transactions.
Payment Method Not Accepted
There are many payment options for SinePall, including credit or debit cards and third parties. If one of our accepted payment methods is not working, please Contact Us for assistance .
Unexpected Payments
Price higher than expected
There may be a few reasons why you may see a higher payment than you expected .
Taxes - Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your subscription fee.
Fees – In some countries, card companies may charge extra fees for cross-border transactions. Some countries may change the currency to TL although we charge in the local currency.
Authorizations - When you start your SinePall account or change your payment method, you may see an authorization appearing as a pending transaction on your statement. Authorizations are not fees but may affect your available balance until your bank releases the funds within a few days.
Plan changes - If you or someone in your household has upgraded your SinePall plan, your bill will reflect the upgraded plan price.
I Can't Log In to SinePall
If you forget or no longer have access to your SinePall email or password, visit the I forgot my SinePall login or password page.
If you know your SinePall account email and password but cannot log in, follow the instructions applicable below.
1) Contact Us. 2) I forgot my SinePall username or password.
Find your Invoice ID or Invoice Date
First Login to Our Account. If you are using any payment to pay for SinePall, our Customer Service team will need to verify your proof of payment Billing ID or Billing ID to make any changes and you can find your Subscription details in the My Subscription section in the Profile Dropdown Menu.
NOTE: If you choose not to provide this information, you can make changes to your account directly from your Account page.
Why Doesn't SinePall Work?
If CinePall is not working, you may be experiencing a network connection issue, an issue with your device, or an issue with your SinePall app, account, or cineflix prime servers.
SinePall May Not Be Compatible with Your Device
Some older versions of SinePall may not be compatible with your device due to date restrictions imposed or may not be able to connect to the server due to some changes that may have been made for a new version of SinePall. If so, you will simply need to download and install a newer version of SinePall. Download New Version.
What does Imdb stand for in SinePall?
Imdb stands for "Internet Movie Database" It Decides and Provides Rating Numbers for Movies and TV Series Listed on SinePall Platform.
